Through good friends of mine my family was introduced to Gin several years ago. Since that time I have known Gin to be someone of honesty and integrity that have I come to respect and admire. We have had numerous discussions on political and community events, and I am encouraged by his sincerity in running for the Halifax Regional School Board. I have known Gin for numerous years. During the course of that time I have found him to be an outstanding and upstanding citizen. He has taken part in many community events and has helped make them successful in there objectives. He is very community minded and wants all citizens to benefit from a first class school system.

At this time I would not hesitate to recommend Gin for a position on the Halifax Regional School Board. He would be a great asset to that board and will help bring it in a direction that is necessary for our community to have a first class school system.

I am writing to show my support of Gin Yee being the next member of the School Board. I worked with Gin Yee very closely during our student council years at Dartmouth High School. As the president of Dartmouth High's Student Council, I relied on Gin for many things. He was a very hard worker and could always be counted on to do whatever it takes to get an issue resolved or an event completed. He was very approachable and would listen to student's concerns.

Gin organized a bus pull against Prince Andrew High School. This event supported the "Stay in School Campaign" and Gin took on the event and pulled it off without a hitch. He was very involved in organized many other events during the year from charity events to full day conferences. When Gin wants to get something done he will. He will work as hard as possible and put his totally commitment into the organization. I highly support Gin in his quest to be a School Board member.
